1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our service:

• Device token (FCM): Collected automatically when you enable push notifications, used solely to deliver order updates and promotional notifications.
• Contact form data: If you voluntarily submit a message through the App (name, phone number, message), we store it to respond to your inquiry.
• Usage data: Anonymous, aggregated app usage statistics (e.g., screens visited) may be collected to improve the App experience. No personally identifiable data is tied to this.

We do not require account registration. We do not collect passwords, payment information, or location data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To send push notifications about offers, new menu items, or order updates (only if you have enabled notifications).
• To respond to messages you send us via the contact form.
• To improve the App's content and performance.

3. Push Notifications

Push notifications are powered by Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). Your device token is transmitted to Firebase servers. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings. Disabling notifications does not affect your use of the App.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers (such as Firebase/Google) only to the extent necessary to operate the App, under strict confidentiality obligations.

5. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months, then permanently deleted. Device tokens are retained while you have notifications enabled, and removed when you uninstall the App or disable notifications.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
